This is why they're taking the line that linux isn't "hobbyists"  
anymore but big business, especially IBM.
It gives them justification to try patent litigation.

It just doesn't look as good if they're suing "hobbyists".

I think they'll have to be very careful if they want to tread that  
road.  There's antitrust legislation and the strategy sounds so much  
like much of the strategy employed by SCO it could have been  
orchestrated and paid for my Microsoft.
