Must explain the telemarketing call I got from them last week. He got
an earful and then I hung up. It was the third intrusive call I'd
received in 15 minutes.
There is also a message in this month's telstra landline phone bill
that they are going to change terms and conditions in September,
including legacy plans, but of course there was no website/page or
any other information about what those changes were going to be. They
are slipping in under the radar, evidently.
Anyone here on the TIO? Is that permitted? Saying terms will change,
but not how?
