Professor Brian Fitzgerald at the OAK Law Project QUT has asked 
academic authors to fill in their scholarly publishing survey by 
Friday: <http://qutsurvey.webcentral.com.au/OAKsurvey/OAKsurvey.asp>.

QUT are leading the charge on open access publishing in Australia, 
having produced the Australian version of the Creative Commons 
licence. They even push the hearsay of Australian governments 
adopting something similar to make government information freely
