Dear Linkers,
The Australasian Institute of Judicial Administration in cooperation
with AustLII and the University of New South Wales will hold the 4th
AIJA Law and Technology Conference at UNSW in Sydney on 26-27 June
2008.
The aim of the conference will be to discuss the technological
advances that Australian and international courts have made in recent
years, particularly in relation to e-discovery and other aspects of
e-courts, and issues still to be addressed.
The call for abstracts is at http://www.lawtech2008.org/call.pdf and
the initial call closes on 21 December 2007. It includes a list of
potential topics on which papers are particularly invited.
