Best thing I've read all week.

The psychological profile of many corporations, based on their
behaviour, is psychotic. ref: the film "The Corporation"

Something went horribly wrong with corps being "people". Somewhere
along the way they began to take more than they give back. Now
to the point of being laws and states unto themselves in the
international sphere.

If only we individuals had as much power to influence, to cajole
and to force issues as enjoyed by big corporations.

This is an unintended consequence of "limited liability".

Heh ... I had to reread EL's last sentence. I originally digested
it as "Microsoft is potentially immoral" ... but there is nothing
potential about their immorality in the marketplace.
