Thanks, Scott. I wonder if it's because someone is copying a Word 
character set into the message? I went back to earlier ones and they 
were mostly what I would guess to be Japanese character sets. But 
this guy was writing English. I reckon he's copy/pasting directly 
from Word. Would that do it?
