No, this is Google attempting to cluster results according to common
variations. See also this search on "howard"...

    http://www.google.com/search?q=howard

... which delivers stuff on Howard Stern and John Howard... and then at the
bottom is a list of other related searches like "clark howard" and "howard
hughes".

Looks to be a useful feature, if it actually works.
