Interesting numbers, maybe it's not as big as I expected.  But, I'd
have thought that most people don't have efficient switched chargers
(me: 1 in 6 in the house, haven't checked the office); most chargers
aren't well designed and manufactured - they run warm; most people
leave them on all the time to charge the phone, mp3 things, etc, for
30 minutes every couple of days; and if they had usb charging they'd
charge them at computers that are *already on*.
