doubt it ... more likely that independents cut deals with the majors,
while a hung parliament is possible, it'd have to involve no
independents being returned, and then it's by invitation of the Governor
General, who can even install a minority govt ... like Fraser after
Whitlam, although like that it would probably be a caretaker govt until
another election, most likely a double dissolution

so no High Court challenge is likely.
