Possibly. But I think it'd be worth providing some similar statistics for
context (fictional examples only, but realistic guesses):
* The existing telephone system figures 99 per cent of serious
and organised crime fraud investigations.
* The car and/or truck figures 95 per cent of serious and
organised crime fraud investigations.
* Breathing oxygen figures 100 per cent of serious and organised
crime fraud investigations.
We can assert all sorts of interesting figures, but there's no logical link
that I can see.
