Yeah, so do many other operating systems. If you think that MS has locked
us into a single source of software, then that is the demonstrated danger
of allowing a monopoly to take hold and of a mono-culture in computing
to evolve in the first place.

I don't think that outlawing M$ software is a solution. Rather, make the
manufacturer financially responsible for its faults. We've been down this
road many times on Link.

Another thought comes to mind: banishment. Mickeysoft often attempts to
lock-out other non-M$ systems / softwares / protocols. They've done this
many times with code embedded inside MS-DOS and Windows. As well, they've
fractured and corrupted many of the open protocols on the Internet. SMTP, HTTP,
HTML, Javascript and Kerberos come immediately to mind. There are many other
examples.

Thought might be given to an open rebellion against crap software (ORACS)
in order that M$ software is locked out in response. Take back the Internet
and return it to healthy and efficient operation. ORACS banishes MS :)
