Two articles on the same day..

Google Inc. is bankrolling a $30 million (euro21.59 million) contest
that could significantly boost the commercial space industry and spur
the first non-governmental flight to the moon.

> Google finds space on NASA airstrip
IN THE annals of perks enjoyed by America's corporate executives, the
founders of Google may have set a new standard: an uncrowded, federally
managed runway for their private jet only a few minutes' drive from the
office.

My take:
Both stories are very typically Google, both show positive sides of
the operation.
That they can 'horse-trade' with NASA says they are credible and
respected.
And probably 'put back' into the community.
That'd be why the whining lefties don't get to park their jets there
too :-)
