George Bush and Condi Rice were in discussion in the Oval Office when an
aide knocked and entered.

"Sir," he said, "I'm sorry, but word has just been received word that
fifteen Brazilians have died in a car bomb explosion in Rio!"

An expression of horror passed over Bush's face as he turned to his
Defense Secretary and asked "Condi - how many exectly is a brazilian?"
