The USA is hampered by a fragmented electoral system. Other 
countries, such as India and Australia, can manage to run cost 
effective and reliable e-voting systems.

The ACT Electoral commissioner will be talking about the electronic 
voting system used for the last two Canberra elections, this 
Wednesday at the Australian Government Solicitor's office (all
