There seems to be a new spam stream has a subject line of "Cuil - new google-ish
search engine".

www.cuil.com has also shown up in my website referral stats along with 
www.webwombat.com.au

This is distinct from the "22 different refering search engines":

After prompting from Link... I checked out Cuil with " ICT Governance"  and
myself. It prompted with Marghanita Laski before I finished typing and was OK on
ICT Governance.
