I think the arguments against street view are in two parts:
1: sometimes the shots have photos of people in situations where the 
could expect not to be immortalised (see the examples in the OP)
2: the drivers don't seem to have an understanding of their limits and 
are driving straight past 'private property' signs to film.

Generically, no, I agree. 'Houses' don't have a right to privacy :)
