Yeah, but we don't know what the $13m pays for -- surely not just a 
website. The grocery basket cost tracking has been done for years by 
someone. Not sure if it was the ACCC or CHOICE or just the TV 
networks. Maybe this is the first cut [Minister: get something on the 
screen so I can launch the report] and as with many systems like 
this, more information will be forth coming as they settle in the 
data collection.

But I agree, the forms should work. I note that it does rely on 
scripts, so make sure you have enabled them on the page.
