why are seniors singled out to have to go somewhere to use the internet?
why cant they get a subsidy on their broadband connection at home like
they do for telephone. Those groups already have people who are
probably using the internet at home so the haves have access to
something they have already whilst the vast majority of seniors do not
attend those clubs or activities so will continue to be 'have nots'.

Good thinking 99
