So why aren't these *blatant* child abuse sites being tracked,
investigated and charges laid?

Filtering child abuse sites instead of prosecuting them? Sounds
like head in the sand stuff to me. And the entirety of the Internet
in Australia suffers an 87% reduction in quality of service
because of this?

Now where are those cold hard facts. How many children have been
exposed to cp sites? None? One?
