No, Mr McGauchie, "early December" means that you missed the 26  
November closing date. Why do you not understand this? YOU MISSED THE  
GODDAM DEADLINE! (And you didn't ask the teacher for an extension or  
provide a note from your mother.) If you don't get this, Mr McGauchie,  
then what the hell are you doing chairing a major corporation? I  
expect your resignation this afternoon.
