[LINK] e-news as backup when power goes off

I remember for both the hurricanes that have hit New Orleans in the
last few years the local paper published electronically and also
remotely, as the bulk of staff evacuated. It was a nice example of
IT&T supporting a critical resource that would have previously be
completely unavailable in similar circumstances.
