they're spammers. that makes anything and everything else about them
irrelevant.

the only thing to do is to block their mail and boycott them.

my guess is that it's a new variation on the pump and dump spam. this
time pretending to be some kind of a club.

don't really care, though. they spammed me, therefore they're spammers,
therefore (even if i was interested in whatever they're flogging) i will
permanently boycott them.
