[LINK] weird domain assignment

Cause when you are Government you can have whatever you want :)  Even 
if it's no existent, false, deceptive, untrue or irrelevant.

Just because they are a teaching hospital doesn't mean their entire 
consumer front end should be on that domain.

They should have only specific Educational elements on that name 
space limited only to Education, Students and Teaching resources.

Maybe it's only a temporary pointer whilst the real web site is being 
developed, then again ...
