Co-incidentally I was trying to find the Harvard Phishing study
<http://people.seas.harvard.edu/~rachna/papers/why_phishing_works.pdf>
but all I get is "Server is down for emergency maintenance"

However, Google's HTML version seems to deliver
<http://209.85.175.104/search?q=cache:b-zN54PK1EIJ:people.seas.harvard.edu/~rachna/papers/why_phishing_works.pdf+phishing+study+harvard&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=au>
