Same requirement as I understand it on the 'someday' replacement
system for Melbourne/Geelong. I think they are relying on swipe-off
as well as swipe-on to determine the fair charge. It's going to be
interesting to see what the grief is once they start real-world
trials instead of the trumped up pilots they have conducted recently
on a single transport form. There are going to be some mighty angry
passengers when they see the errors in their journey charges.
