More fool them, then - I've been using an iPod touch since it first  
came out long ago, and have been using an eBook reader on it for ages.  
All it takes is a little knowledge and understanding of the OS...

Still, if it's a 'pet peeve' for them, then they should (as Telstra  
once said) 'stick to their knitting'.
