Just take them to the Supreme Court - works wonders with Baulkham 
Hills Council - gawd don't I know it!

And don't bother wasting time about it, just get it under way. 
Baulkham Hill have a shocking reputation for dishonesty and fraud, 
malicious persecution and false prosecution.
