My Exetel ADSL2 connects at 9 Mbps out of a possible 24 Mbps. Lower
because of distance from the exchange.
During onpeak, I can get up to 8 Mbps which is great. Usually,
one connection maxes out at about 2 to 3 Mbps.
During offpeak, I get about 100 Kbps (0.1 Mbps) for each connection
I initiate, to an aggregrate of perhaps 2 Mbps.
