IMHO, the 550 error messages from email servers are not intended
for normal lay consumption. I could be wrong, but I tend to agree
that they are usually quite hard to comprehend.

I found this one with google.

It is a spam prevention measure.

Perhaps the message could have been simpler:

550 Spam send rate too high
