Read NEXT by Michael Crichton. This amendment would do us well. Next 
is about a uni that claims ownership of a person because his DNA is 
part of their patented gene research outcome. Then they push it to 
claim his daughter and grandson as well. Worrying story where 
commercial sponsorship and govt agencies get confused in the are of 
imminent domain.
