Did you read the material? Or is this just from hearsay? Looks like a 
lot of 'probably's in your comment.

Environments are environments. The point of the project was how 
technology impacts the built environment. Schools use flexible 
learning strategies, too. And who supplies the 'equipment' is 
irrelevant. If people are coming together in a place to learn 
together, there are some standard aspects that will be common no 
matter what the age of the learner.
