I asked my contact. He or she said:

    It is only for summit participants i'm pretty sure. Having said that,
    i can't tell you what's being said there because the password they sent
    me doesn't work and i'm waiting for a new one!

Manual password resets, eh?

Gawd, they could have built the whole of the website in WordPress in a few
days if they'd had any clue... attachments, categories, registration,
private areas, comments, proper RSS feeds, full text search, voting,
moderation, the lot. Morons.
