[LINK] Coordination of government e-recruitment systems needed

The Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy 
has issued a Request for Tender for 
<https://www.tenders.gov.au/?event=public.atm.show&ATMUUID=9C94D97C-BCD8-0F60-CEF467C7B833F1AD>Provision 
of a hosted and fully intergrated online recruitment service. They 
don't want any software or to run any systems, just use a web based 
service hosted elsewhere. The requirements for the DBCDE's are 
similar to those of the ABS, and other government agencies. It would 
seem to make sense if they got together and used the one system.
