So what have the first two points got to do with the third? Obama didn't
get in because voters rejected Bush - if they had then the percentages
towards Obama would have been even higher. Bush actually played a very
small part in the decision, due to the completely different model in the US
than in Australia.

The democrats defintiely chose an African American president! Remember,
it's the people that elect who will run for the president role, not the
party. Remember a little battle with Hillary that finished not that long
ago?

Personally I think the country rejected a 72 year old with a fruitcake
sidekick far more than they rejected the Republican party.
