That discussion has very little to do with whether the coming of IPv6
will mean a new wave of vulnerabilities.
The main cause of "threats" will be ignorance and inexperience on the
part of network managers, compounded by the freight-train-wreck
inevitability of almost everyone failing to do anything at all about
IPv4 address exhaustion until it's far, far too late to carry out an
orderly transition.
