Normally I would be against putting perpetrators into stocks in a
public square and arming the observers with tomatoes.

In this case I'll make an exception. And swap the tomatoes with
vinegar-tipped darts.

As a comment in the Post writeup observes: where was the gummint
for the past two years while this was being investogated by a private outfit?
Talk about asleep at the wheel.
