Not with the current cost structure, it isn't. The quality I've seen is

More digital channels and an Electronic Program Guide. They're saying
that most of us will have 15 digital channels available next year. How
much of the content will be duplicated remains to be seen.
I presume the EPG will be Web only. SBS is still doing their queer
thing (transmitting only the next couple of shows in the broadcast EPG),
at least.
