Personally, I favour text invoices.  However, many organisations feel the need 
to generate a PDF Invoice and include logos etc....

The issue of accessibility must come up - though I guess if your customer can't 
read your invoice they won't pay it...though some of these are for automatic 
payments - such as Vodafone.
