I copied that search string with the real t-word in and got a
response of 2 blocked results. Then I went to the chillingeffect link
provided and there is just a form that says they have removed some
URLs based on child pornography.

But I can see no where that the results links are provided. I don't
see how any information can be used to narrow anything, at least in
that letter. However, if you search the chillingeffects database, say
with the t-word, you can see letters with the offending link
provided. It may just be a fluke that your results set linked to one
with the urls listed.
The topical search is interesting, too. If you leave out an entered
keyword and just use the drop-down box of topic area, you can see the
number of demands/requests in that topic, and not just to google. 31
for defamation, for example. The have a total of 2400 cease and
desist demands in the database.
