The Cyber Storm II final report is available at the AG Dept. web site.

It's twenty pages long, with a bunch of findings, including 
one about the problems of coordinating the exercise internationally, 
due to time differences...  Something to be addressed in Cyber Storm III.

"The exercise was conducted from 10-14 March 2008. The Australian 
 component of Cyber Storm II was coordinated by an Australian 
 Exercise Control Centre (AuExCon) established near Melbourne. 
 Participants played the exercise from their usual work places 
 using, where possible, normal communications channels."

One of the various positive outcomes was:

"Many participants noted that merely planning the exercise 
 prompted internal reviews and modifications to their 
 existing crisis arrangements."
