I hope that outfit that said it represented Telstra stuck Tel$tra 
with the bill, too. They called me 4 times. I filed complaints, too.

40k general complaints on Telstra this year, followed by 11k to 
Optus. Wide margin. $15mil cost in fines across the sector.
