I got around to installing an IPv6 tunnel client the other day just to
understand what is involved. I had to install IPv6 support on my network
adapter, but other than that it was reasonably straight forward.

I did wonder whether my existing desktop firewall offered any protection
against threats directed over IPv6, but didn't have a good way to test that.
And then I thought, great, what now? If I wasn't interested in IPv6 out of
curiousity, why exactly would I bother?

I find it somewhat amusing that www.cisco.com doesn't advertise an AAAA
record. If Cisco can't be bothered, is it any surprise that uptake has been
less than spectacular?
