Hackers break in to Sarah Palin's email

the interesting part of this story, really, is why yahoo webmail is being
used to carry out government business....

Only the other day my partner was asking me why businesses would be using
gmail. "oh, you know," I said, "easy web access, 7Gb storage, etc, etc.
But I certainly wouldn't." But I can almost understand a mobile dog
groomer, say, using gmail. But a US VP wannabe? Mind boggling...

The key para's are:

"The Secret Service contacted The Associated Press and asked for copies of
the leaked emails on her Yahoo! account, which circulated widely on the
internet. The AP did not comply."

"The disclosure raises new questions about the propriety of the Palin
administration's use of non-government email accounts to conduct state
business."
