Minchin is a bean counter and Liberal machine man.  Last I heard
he had never used the Internet and didn't consider it that important 
when he was finance minister, certainly never mentioned it when 
I've seen him interview, so he's a goose.

He's very pro-privatisation, especially if it's Telstra.
