I wonder what a jury of 12 peers would find in a 
different country. This doesn't sound like a 
typical 'trial' as we understand them to operate 
in either the US or Australia. A judge wouldn't 
necessarily be 'finding' anything except in 
pre-hearing motions or arraignments.
