The first thing they need to learn is that Flash isn't an obligatory 
component of the Web, and that updating to the latest version isn't 
obligatory either ...

Oh, I see:  "the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association" ...

Is it just another cute razzle-dazzle, or is there some useful
