And since when was the "Government 2.0 Taskforce" called the "Web 2.0  
Taskforce"?

While I accept that Tanner may have mis-spoke, I really do hope he  
understands the difference!

The current edition of the Macquarie Dictionary list "taskforce" as a  
single word as an "also" version of "task force", so it's been in  
mainstream usage at least a few years.
