Some notes for a ten minute presentation on "Forums and Feedback for 
e-Learning" for the ANU School of Computer Science:

It essentially says that students teach each other via online forums, 
with the tutor asking a few clear questions to get things started and 
providing feedback. Comments and suggestions would be welcome.
