[LINK] The new google has gone minimalist

It's subtle. If you go to http://www.google.com.au/ and don't move the
mouse, you will see the minimalist form. You can type away and then the nav
links begin to appear. If you move the mouse immediately, you see the rest
of the page earlier.

This design has been beta tested in some markets for some individuals. Not
sure if it's for everyone yet, as Google is testing another design:
