Or - to put it another way - Applications that haven't been presented
yet because Government only accept submissions from large corporations.

Apart from which - I think Mr. Rudd has picked a winner with the NBN and
providing it (the NBN) doesn't turn into a Big Brother enabling platform
Should win the hearts of the entire nation.

After all, with Fibre to the Home.... (OK OK I'm still hoping they'll
change the specs.....) the world really does change enabling:

1.	Teleworking
2.	Home shopping
3.	Enhanced home entertainment
4.	Enhanced communications with peers, family and work colleagues.

All in all, the NBN may well be the answer to Australia's failure to
date to comply with our obligations under Kyoto.

I certainly don't believe that we should abrogate our obligations by
creating a world wide entity (Copenhagen agreement) that manages our
Carbon Credits for us.
That way lies financial suicide for all participants but the USA.

Thanks for the Summary Roger, an extremely compact and erudite summary.

Tom
